U.S. Bank is seeking a VP Talent Consultant to steer enterprise talent strategies, partnering with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness. The role focuses on data-driven decisions using workforce analytics and collaboration with COEs to advance human capital objectives.

The position reports to senior leadership and serves as a culture champion with a focus on inclusion, shaping strategies across business lines and major initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of human resources, business, or managerial experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR disciplines/COEs and operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute enterprise and business line talent strategies using recruiting, talent, learning and development, retention, engagement and organizational development strategies.
• Consult with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness; act as talent coaches to senior leaders.
• Lead using workforce data and predictive analytics for improved decision making aligned with business metrics.
• Partner with HR COEs, Employee Services, and HR Strategy and Operations to plan and execute charter.
