JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Product Manager – Vice President to lead data product initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Off-boarding, and Workforce Planning.

Based in NY or Wilmington, you will work with cross‑functional teams to define roadmaps, govern data assets, and deliver curated, high‑quality datasets that enhance the candidate and employee experience. You will own discovery, backlog, and data product quality, partnering with BI, AI/ML, Product, IA, and Data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or a related domain
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Working knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems, including catalog, lineage, and data quality tooling
• Proficiency in SQL for data testing, validation, and ad-hoc analysis
• Experience with data onboarding, metadata management, governance workflows, and compliance

Responsabilités

• Identify new product opportunities reflecting customer and market needs through user research and discovery
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap
• Analyze product metrics across the development life cycle
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Conduct user discovery and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements
• Partner with BI, AI/ML, and Product teams to meet reporting and analytics needs
• Collaborate with Information Architecture and Data Engineering to onboard data sources
• Establish data governance, quality, and lifecycle management for talent data
• Own data catalog, metadata, glossary, and lineage capabilities for Talent Acquisition/Off-boarding datasets
• Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and industry best practices
