Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President Data Product Manager for HR Data Products in New York.

You will define multi-year roadmaps, align stakeholders, and lead end-to-end delivery—from discovery to launch and adoption—while championing data governance and self-service to accelerate decision-making. You will partner across BI, AI/ML, and product teams to ensure data products meet reporting and automation needs, and to onboard new data sources with quality controls.

Qualifications

• Delivered data products, analytics platforms, or enterprise data solutions.
• Translated business needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Managed a transparent, prioritized backlog and delivery plan.
• Worked with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems incl. lineage and data quality tooling.
• Proficient in SQL for testing, validation, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Handled onboarding, metadata, governance workflows and compliance in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear business outcome communication.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy, outcomes, and OKRs for HR data domain.
• Prioritize portfolio backlog balancing near-term value and long-term investments.
• Engage senior HR and business leaders to identify opportunities and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Conduct discovery and stakeholder interviews to gather business needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with BI, AI/ML, and Product teams to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Partner with information architecture and data engineering on onboarding and transformation.
• Establish data governance, quality, and lifecycle management for talent data.
• Develop and maintain data catalog, metadata, glossary, and lineage for datasets.
• Drive continuous improvement via stakeholder feedback and industry best practices.
