Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and discovery processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of features on the overall product experience.
• Support collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics across development lifecycle focusing on time, cost, and quality.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development teams.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with BI, AI/ML, and Product teams to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with Information Architecture and Data Engineering to onboard data sources and transform datasets.
• Establish data governance, quality and lifecycle management for talent data.
