Responsibilities

• Define and deliver strategy and roadmap for Talent Acquisition data products and off-boarding data.
• Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
• Collaborate with BI, AI/ML, and Product teams to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Onboard new data sources and transform them into performant data offerings.
• Maintain data governance, quality, and lifecycle practices for talent data.
