Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager within Merchant Services to manage a portfolio of global corporate clients.

You will drive end-to-end client experience, coordinate with bank coverage teams, and pursue revenue growth through strategic client management and cross-sell opportunities. The role requires strong relationship-building, contract negotiation, and senior-level communication with executives across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic relationship management or business development in payments or related field.
• Experience negotiating contracts and terms with large clients.
• Senior sales and account management experience with Fortune 500 clients.
• Proven ability to manage complex client ecosystems and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of expanding relationships with major corporate clients.
• Comfort engaging with C-suite stakeholders and senior decision makers.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue objectives by expanding existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to optimize product and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact on behalf of Merchant Services and coordinate internal JPMorgan teams.
• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with JPMorgan Chase coverage teams through ongoing collaboration.
• Develop and coordinate cross-sell opportunities across Payments, Treasury Services, and related units.
• Apply consultative selling to understand client needs and propose tailored payment solutions.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews with strategic client insights and proposals to expand business.
• Represent the firm at external conferences to raise market visibility.
