Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a senior Relationship Manager within Merchant Services to manage a select Middle Market client portfolio. You will partner with JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services and the broader coverage teams to maintain strong executive relationships and drive profitability through strategic client management and expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic relationship management, business development, or related technology roles.
• Proven ability to grow and expand relationships with Fortune 500-level clients.
• Experience working with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across banks and fintech/financial institutions with product, operations, and services partners.
• Ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients.
• Excellent relationship management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Travel required – 25%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue objectives by maintaining/growing existing relationships and identifying incremental business.
• Collaborate with lines of business to optimize product and service delivery.
• Serve as principal contact for the client relationship on behalf of Merchant Services.
• Support cross-sell opportunities across JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services.
• Apply strategic, consultative selling to identify payment optimization solutions.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and provide financial/market analyses to support expansion proposals.
• Represent the JPMorgan franchise at external industry conferences.
