Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Manager within the Diversified Industries team in Merchant Services to manage a select portfolio of global large corporate clients. You will collaborate with JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services and other coverage teams while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive profitability and growth.

You will execute sales strategies, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and deliver strategic client reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic relationship management and/or business development in the Payments industry.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Senior sales and account executive management experience.
• Experience managing complex clients and growing Fortune 500 relationships.
• Comfort working with C-suite client stakeholders and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue objectives by growing existing relationships and identifying incremental business.
• Collaborate with multiple lines of business to optimize product and service delivery.
• Be the primary client contact and coordinate with JPMorganChase coverage teams.
• Develop and present quarterly reviews with financial and market analyses.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across JPMorgan Payments and Treasury Services.
• Engage with external industry events to raise market visibility.
