Qualifications

8+ years of strategic relationship management experience in the payments industry.
Senior sales and account executive management experience.
Experience managing complex clients and Fortune 500 relationships.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Demonstrated track record of engaging C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Achieve revenue objectives by growing existing relationships and identifying incremental business.
Coordinate sales/support strategies across JPMorgan Chase lines to optimize product delivery.
Act as the primary client liaison for Merchant Services and maintain strong internal partnerships.
Perform quarterly business reviews and provide market analysis to support expansion.
Participate in industry conferences to increase market visibility for JPMorgan Payments.
