Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a strategic relationship management or related role.
• Experience growing Fortune 500 client relationships.
• Comfort engaging with C-suite stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and institutions.
• Willingness to travel about 10%.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a portfolio of Chase Merchant Services client relationships.
• Achieve revenue objectives and pursue incremental business opportunities.
• Collaborate with bank coverage, Treasury, and other lines of business.
• Act as primary client contact for Merchant Services and coordinate strategy.
• Deliver quarterly reviews and compelling financial analyses to expand business.
• Represent the firm at external conferences and market events.
