• Strong understanding of insurance and employee benefits brokerage/consulting industry.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple levels.
• Experience using data, reporting, and performance tracking to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with firms’ regional and national contacts, including Centers of Excellence.
• Coordinate RFI responses for product and platform partnerships.
• Develop and recommend Supplemental Compensation Program parameters and track producer performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate across teams to move complex work forward and achieve business outcomes.
