Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year distribution growth strategy to expand Integrity Annuities’ market footprint.
Recruit, onboard, and develop high-caliber independent agencies aligned to IA’s enterprise model.
Lead and mentorb enterprise relationship managers and monitor KPIs for premium growth and retention.
Partner with Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology to support growth objectives and carrier partnerships.
