Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Extensive experience in relationship management, distribution, sales, business development, or partner management within financial services.
• Experience supporting annuity, retirement, wealth management, insurance, or investment products.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage executive-level relationships with assigned distribution partners.
• Develop and execute customized business plans aligning partner objectives with growth strategy.
• Serve as primary contact for home office leaders and key decision-makers.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships to strengthen Prudential's position.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partner firms.
• Identify opportunities to increase annuity sales, advisor engagement, and market penetration.
• Collaborate with internal/external sales teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Partner with firms to expand product placement, platform access, and advisor adoption.
• Analyze sales trends, competitor dynamics, and partner performance for growth opportunities.
• Support launch/adoption of new products, solutions, and strategic initiatives.
