The role focuses on strengthening relationships with strategic firms, producers, and distribution partners, coordinating across regional, national, and COE contacts, and aligning strategic priorities with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of senior-level relationship management and strategic partnerships.
• Comfortable using data to drive business decisions and operational excellence.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Travel up to 60%—fully virtual role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with firms' regional and national contacts, including Centers of Excellence, to ensure strategic alignment and provide concierge-level support as the single point of contact for escalations.
• Coordinate RFI responses for product and platform partnerships, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor producer Supplemental Compensation Program and GA program parameters, tracking performance and governance.
