Job summary

VP, Agency Sales Manager role focused on steering enterprise-wide sales strategies for a growing insurance distribution platform. You will lead agency leaders and regional teams to ensure consistent execution and superior customer experience across multiple P&C locations.

Requirements include 10+ years in P&C, 5+ years in sales leadership or multi-location management, and a licensed P&C professional. MBA or CPCU/CIC/ARM preferred; willingness to travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

10+ years of Property & Casualty insurance industry experience.
5+ years of sales leadership or multi-location agency management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or related field.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
MBA or related master’s degree and/or CPCU, CIC, ARM, CRM or comparable designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise-wide sales strategies to drive growth across multiple P&C locations.
Lead agency leaders and regional teams, ensuring accountability in sales and customer experience.
Establish and monitor KPIs, using analytics to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Identify new markets, expansion opportunities, and partnerships.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing sales talent and leadership teams.
Lead growth, transformation, and operational excellence across the agency network.
Own sales budgets, forecasting, and growth planning with cross-functional partners.
Support M&A and integration initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
