Job summary

Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) in the United States is seeking a VP of Strategic Partner Management for Group Insurance to strengthen relationships with strategic firms, producers, and distribution partners. You will lead concierge escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide partner governance and reporting to drive business outcomes.

The role requires 7–10 years at a senior level, strong data-driven decisions, and travel up to 60% with fully virtual work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of senior-level experience in relationship management, strategic partnerships, distribution, sales enablement, or related roles.
• Comfortable using data to drive business decisions and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work fully virtual.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes and partner governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with firms’ regional and national contacts including Centers of Excellence.
• Support distribution leaders in developing local strategies that deepen producer and firm relationships.
• Coordinate events, conferences, and partner engagement forums with planning and distribution teams.
• Lead RFI responses and assist in RFP processes for formalized partnerships.
• Track supplemental compensation program parameters and governance reporting.
• Monitor progress and identify opportunities to drive desired business outcomes.
