Job summary

PAM Health Corporate Office seeks a Regional Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to lead referral development through a team of Physician and Clinical Navigators, supervise hospital staff, and implement market-specific initiatives to support organizational goals.

The role requires developing market strategies, tracking referral trends, coaching staff, coordinating sales training, and maintaining strong relations with physicians and referral sources while promoting exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff (Clinical Navigators and Physician Navigators) to achieve organizational goals.
• Serves as primary Navigator for referral sources and for physicians.
• Assist in market-specific strategies to support strategic plans and goals.
• Monitor trends (referral patterns), stay aware of market competition, adjust case finding strategies to maximize staff resources and admissions.
• Conduct needs assessment surveys with key stakeholders to identify service needs and opportunities; document feedback.
• Set expectations for exemplary customer service among staff.
• Develop and coordinate initial and ongoing sales training for Navigators to ensure high customer service levels.
• Conduct bi-weekly marketing meetings to assess market trends and initiatives.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance appraisal for Navigators; train staff for presentations, tours, and outreach.
• Provide in-service training and consult with system staff on marketing efforts.
