Job summary

PAM Health seeks a Director of Strategy and Integration to lead referral development and oversee admissions processes. You will supervise facility staff, train navigators, and implement market-specific initiatives to meet organizational goals.

The role requires healthcare sales/marketing experience, leadership capabilities, and a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional marketing and community engagement efforts. This is an exempt, on-site position based in Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Bachelor-level degree required; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to develop market-specific strategies and training.

Responsibilities

• Direct referral development efforts and supervise Admissions Manager.
• Lead staff training for marketing, case finding and relationship management.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximize admissions.
• Provide regular updates to management and align with system goals.
• Coordinate facility marketing and community outreach initiatives.
