Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a dynamic professional to serve as a physician relationship and referral development resource. This role supports PAM Health hospitals nationwide, cultivating referral networks, aiding census growth, and coordinating pre-admission assessments with payers.

Travel extensively across the US is required. Responsibilities include business development, market education, and ensuring excellent service levels for facilities and patients.

Qualifications

• Must have a license in nursing, therapy, or social work or significant healthcare marketing experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare sales and/or marketing; prior experience calling on physicians/referral sources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates physician and referral relationships; supports census growth and market strategies.
• Travel nationally across PAM Health markets to develop referrals.
• Identifies and targets new referral sources within assigned territory.
• Markets PAM Health programs to referral sources; maintains customer profiles and activity in systems.
• Coordinates pre-admission assessments and works with admissions and insurers for pre-certification.
• Provides education and market intelligence to leadership to support census goals and market growth.
