Job summary

PAM Health seeks a Regional Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to direct referral development and supervise Physician and Clinical Navigators. You will implement market-specific initiatives, oversee marketing efforts, and ensure service growth aligned with PAM Health goals.

You will lead staff training, drive customer service excellence, and coordinate bi-weekly marketing activities to stay ahead of market trends. A strong healthcare sales/marketing background is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum five years of progressive healthcare sales/marketing experience; management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff (Clinical & Physician Navigators) to achieve organizational goals.
• Serve as primary Navigator for referral sources and physicians.
• Develop market-specific strategies to support strategic plans and goals.
• Monitor referral trends and adjust strategies to maximize patient admissions.
• Provide staff training in marketing, customer service, and presentations.
• supervise, coach, and evaluate Navigators; provide back-up as needed.
• Direct facility marketing initiatives and collaborate with Admissions to streamline referrals.
