Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Director of Strategy and Integration in San Antonio to lead referral development with Physician and Clinical Navigators, and supervise admissions operations. The role directs staff training in marketing and relationship management, and implements market-specific initiatives to reach organizational goals.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, market analysis, and collaboration with management to optimize patient admissions and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Previous management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Directs referral development efforts of the Physician Navigators and Clinical Navigators.
• Oversees the admission process through supervision of the Admissions Manager.
• Provides supervision and training for facility-based staff with marketing and relationship management responsibilities.
• Develops market specific strategies to support organizational goals.
• Monitors trends and reports to management to ensure alignment with system goals.
