Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions seeks a Regional Vice President for our Referral Management & Analytics service line to lead operations across a high-volume physician-referral environment. You will oversee referral coordination and outreach teams, using data-driven analytics to identify volume trends, at-risk sources, and growth opportunities.

The role requires strategic, growth-oriented thinking, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate operational performance into client-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA) or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management Industry, Hospital Revenue Cycle Director/VP, Clinical Services Provider, Large Group Physician Practice or Military healthcare operations management role.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate operational performance into financial terms for clients’ senior leadership.
• Experience leading operations in a high-volume, physician-referral-driven healthcare environment with teams focused on referral coordination and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of short and long-range plans to achieve regional goals.
• Achieves financial objectives (revenue and earnings) for the region.
• Directs business development to increase market share and cross-sell services.
• Ensures market assessment and revenue program evaluation are conducted annually.
• Collaborates with Corporate to develop expansion plans and new revenue ventures.
• Ensures continuous improvement of processes to improve financial results and service excellence.
• Oversees performance evaluations and development plans for staff.
• Ensures compliance with quality, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
