Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Heritage Valley in Beaver County, PA, seeks a Director of Strategy and Integration to lead referral development, supervise Admissions Manager, and drive market-specific initiatives across clinical navigators and physician networks.

You will coach staff, develop strategies with market insight, monitor referral patterns, and coordinate marketing, program development, and customer service improvements to support PAM Health's mission.

Qualifications

• Must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Previous management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Directs referral development efforts and supervises Admissions Manager.
• Oversees marketing, case finding and relationship management responsibilities.
• Implements market-specific initiatives to support organizational goals.
• Leads staff training and coaching for Clinical and Physician Navigators.
• Develops market strategies and coordinates program development activities.
• Monitors referral trends and communicates updates to management.
