Job summary

Henry Schein Medical seeks an accomplished executive to cultivate and close multi-year non-acute distribution partnerships with IDNs at the VP/Senior leadership level. You will architect strategic frameworks, deliver executive-facing presentations, and align formulary and GPO incentives to win enterprise deals.

The role demands 12+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years selling to IDN leadership, with a proven record of partnerships in the $5M–$50M+ range. Travel 50–70% is expected.

Qualifications

Extensive senior-level selling experience to IDNs with proven multi-year partnership wins.
Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss ROI with CFO-level stakeholders.
Deep understanding of IDN governance, procurement hierarchies and GPO dynamics.

Responsibilities

Develop and close multi-year strategic distribution agreements with IDNs and large health systems.
Lead executive presentations, RFP responses, and partnership design sessions at C-suite level.
Partner with senior leadership to map IDN targets and build a structured pursuit plan.
