Zurich E&S is seeking a Vice President, Senior Underwriting Manager for its Property team in the Atlanta area. The role leads a regional underwriting staff, drives performance metrics, and strengthens wholesale broker partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in underwriting or 20+ years in related fields.
• Experience in E&S Property.
• 2+ years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing regional Property underwriting team.
• Manage regional performance including new business production, policy count retention, rate/tiering execution, and portfolio actions.
• Maintain broker relationships and underwriter referrals; manage a small production portfolio to stay attuned with regional market changes and desk-level challenges.
