Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing regional Property underwriting team.
• Oversee regional performance: new business, retention, rate/tiering, and portfolio actions.
• Maintain wholesale broker relationships and guidance for underwriter referrals.
• Travel as needed (~25%) to support team and brokers and to stay market-aware.
