Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years in Underwriting, Market Facing, Broker, Carrier, or Risk Management within Commercial Insurance
• Or Bachelor’s Degree with 20+ years in Claims or Underwriting Support within Commercial Insurance
• Experience in E&S Property and 2+ years of people management

Responsabilités

• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing regional Property underwriting team.
• Oversee regional performance: new business production, policy retention, rate/tiering, and portfolio actions.
• Manage regional wholesale broker relationships and underwriter referrals.
• Maintain a small production portfolio to stay attuned with regional market changes.
• Travel as necessary to support the team and broker relationships (about 25%).
