Qualifications

• Experience in E&S Property required.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong wholesale broker relationships encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing regional Property underwriting team.
• Manage regional performance: new business, retention, rate/tiering, and portfolio actions.
• Oversee regional wholesale broker relationships and underwriter referrals.
• Maintain a small production portfolio to stay close to market changes.
• Travel as necessary (approx. 25%) to support brokers and teams.
