Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. in Atlanta is seeking a VP, Senior Underwriting Manager for our E&S Property team. You will lead a regional underwriting staff, coach, and drive performance across new business, retention, rate/tiering, and portfolio actions.

The role emphasizes talent development, broker engagement, and profitable portfolio management. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 25% and a compensation package reflective of leadership responsibilities in the E&S

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years in underwriting or risk management.
• Experience in E&S Property required.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing regional Property underwriting team.
• Manage regional performance: new business, policy retention, rate/tiering, and portfolio actions.
• Maintain wholesale broker relationships and underwriter referrals.
• Travel as necessary to support team and broker relationships (25%).
