Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years in Underwriting or related Commercial Insurance areas.
• Experience in E&S Property underwriting and leadership.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong wholesale broker relationships and market knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing regional underwriting team.
• Manage regional performance: new business, policy counts, rate/tiering, and portfolio actions.
• Maintain broker relationships and oversee underwriter referrals.
• Travel up to 25% to support the team and broker engagements.
