Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in underwriting or risk management within the Commercial Insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 20+ years of experience in Claims or Underwriting Support within the Commercial Insurance industry
• Experience in E&S Property and 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and manage a regional Property underwriting team.
• Oversee regional performance including new business production, policy retention, rate/tiering execution, and portfolio management relative to plan.
• Manage regional wholesale broker relationships and underwriter referrals.
• Travel up to 25% to support the team and cultivate broker relationships.
