This hybrid role requires strong technical underwriting acumen in E&S Property, people management, and the ability to navigate complex processes; travel about 25% to support the team and brokers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of underwriting/market facing experience in the Commercial Insurance industry.
• Experience in E&S Property.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Mansioni

• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing regional Property underwriting staff.
• Oversee regional performance including new business production and policy count retention.
• Manage regional wholesale broker relationships and underwriter referrals.
• Maintain a small production portfolio to stay attuned with regional market changes and desk-level challenges.
• Travel to support the needs of the team and cultivate broker relationships (≈25%).
