Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in underwriting, market facing, broker, carrier, or risk management in commercial insurance OR Bachelor’s Degree with 20+ years in claims or underwriting support; need E&S Property experience and 2+ years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing regional Property underwriting team.
• Oversee regional performance: new business production, policy count retention, rate/tiering, portfolio actions.
• Manage regional wholesale broker relationships and underwriter referrals; maintain a production portfolio.
• Travel as needed (up to 25%) to support brokers, teams and regional market challenges.
