Kimmel & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Product Support to lead parts, service, technical training and product support sales across a multi-branch territory. Reporting to the COO, this executive will sit on the senior leadership team and oversee a substantial portion of the workforce.

The role emphasizes safety culture, Lean/Six Sigma, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with sales, IT and talent development to deliver superior customer outcomes and long-term growth.

Qualificações

• 20+ years in parts, service, and product support leadership.
• Experience with major equipment OEMs or dealers preferred.
• Track record of Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical capability using data and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead executive and safety culture across multiple locations.
• Oversee inventory, parts availability, and logistics.
• Direct regional service operations, field and shop work.
• Develop parts/service sales strategies to improve profitability.
• Strengthen product support in mining, quarry, and aggregates.
• Manage technical services, training, and workforce development.
• Use KPIs and financial data to drive productivity and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, IT, and talent development to align goals.
• Recruit and develop leaders across the organization.
