Job summary

IPSY seeks a VP of Product Management to lead product strategy across web, mobile, and internal platforms. You will partner with business and engineering leadership to define and execute product strategy, then scale programs across existing and new offerings.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in product leadership, with a track record of building scalable products that drive growth and revenue, in consumer/e-commerce or subscription contexts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years building and scaling web, mobile, and internal platforms
• 10+ years in senior product leadership overseeing multi-product portfolios
• Demonstrated experience delivering scalable products driving growth and revenue
• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve multi-year product strategy for web, mobile, and internal platforms
• Define where IPSY plays and shape roadmap with data-driven prioritization
• Bridge between C-suite and Product & UX to align strategy with execution
• Own end-to-end transaction funnel and customer journey across acquisition to retention
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional leaders to remove barriers and drive growth
• Recruit, develop, and retain a scalable product organization
