IPSY is seeking a VP, Product Management to lead Product Management and UX across IPSY, shaping web, mobile, and internal platform strategy. Qualificações

• 12+ years building and scaling web, mobile, and internal platform product roadmaps across consumer, e‑commerce, subscription or marketplace businesses.
• 10+ years in a senior product leadership role owning strategy for a multi‑product portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience building highly scalable products that drive growth and revenue at high velocity and volume.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Design/Human‑Computer Interaction, or Economics.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve multi-year product strategy across web, mobile, and internal platforms, translating business strategy into a clear, prioritized product point of view.
• Build and maintain a data-driven, transparent roadmap aligning Engineering, Design, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations around shared priorities.
• Collaborate with C‑suite to align product strategy with company-wide priorities and growth targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a team of product leaders and managers capable of scaling with IPSY’s growth.
