You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and deliver executive-ready progress updates. This role requires strategic leadership, governance discipline, and the ability to lead cross-functional programs across Front Office, Operations, Finance and Technology to deliver measurable value and risk-managed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in financial services, strategy consulting, or technology in strategy, transformation, or staff roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and engage senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution, governance, and acceleration of strategic transformation initiatives across CIB Operations.
• Operationalize delivery plans with milestones, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Run governance forums and decision cadences to drive accountability and unblock bottlenecks.
• Proactively manage delivery health across the portfolio: progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Deliver executive-ready communications and artifact preparation for leadership.
• Enable cross-functional alignment and clear role definitions across teams.
• Support thought leadership on topics like Workforce of the Future and ROI measurement.
• Support CFO agenda delivery and CFO-sponsored strategic priorities.
• Own operating cadence for priority initiatives with follow-through and escalation of risks.
