You will map current workflows, design target-state processes that embed AI, and build business cases that justify investments with measurable impact. In collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, you will drive strategy, influence important change initiatives, and mentor a high-performing program-management team to

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management & change management in large-scale transformations.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving with analytical tools.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver results.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Leadership and team-building with cross-functional partners.
• Fluency with AI-native tooling and ideation.
• BA Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end current-state mapping of workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Design target-state workflows embedding AI and agentic frameworks.
• Pressure-test target-state designs for feasibility and value.
• Build business cases with value drivers, investments, and metrics.
• Plan and facilitate design-thinking workshops with cross-functional partners.
• Stay current with evolving AI tooling and advise on production readiness.
• Collaborate with AI in Operations teams and senior leadership; report status.
