Blacksmith Agency LLC, an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices, seeks a Vice President of Sales for Veterinary. You will own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with one win covering many locations.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on strategy, closing high-value deals, and expanding within multi-location groups across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft compelling deals for key accounts.
