Job summary

Vetsource seeks a visionary VP of Technology to lead software engineering and enterprise tech, shaping platforms powering pharmacy operations, supply chain, and finance. Partners with business leaders to modernize architecture and accelerate AI adoption while ensuring security and reliability.

You will build high-performing teams, own the technology roadmap, and drive a new operating model balancing innovation with operational excellence, risk management, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale tech organizations across software engineering, enterprise platforms, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud and business transformation
• 10+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including 5+ years managing supply chain, finance, and EPM modules
• Experience with API-driven platforms and enterprise apps (CRM, ERP, HCM, ecommerce)
• Experience incorporating AI and workflow orchestration-enabled platforms
• Ability to craft and execute a clear technology strategy with strong business acumen
• Excellent communication to diverse audiences and vendor negotiation
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, retain high-performing teams
• Ethical, collaborative leader with adaptability and strategic vision

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise technology operating model aligned with business goals
• Oversee secure, scalable AI-enabled platforms across fulfillment, pharmacy, and enterprise apps
• Modernize warehouse tech and replenishment workflows with AI and automation
• Partner with Finance to modernize Oracle-based processes and guarantee strong controls
• Build and retain a high-performing, accountable technology organization
• Drive AI adoption and data governance across supply chain, finance, and operations
• Ensure reliability, security, and observability across all platforms
