Qualifications

- 15+ years of software leadership experience with multiple teams/BU leadership.
- Proven track record in platform transformation, governance, and modernization.
- Experience deploying AI-enabled engineering practices and productivity tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery KPIs and accountability across business units.
- Lead platform consolidation and modernization into reusable services and APIs.
- Establish engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, security, and release readiness.
- Drive AI-enabled engineering capabilities to improve productivity and reliability.
- Represent delivery in executive discussions and coach leadership teams.
