Vetsource seeks a transformative technology leader to direct software engineering, data platforms, and enterprise systems in a remote, full-time capacity. This executive will shape the technology strategy, modernize fulfillment and enterprise architectures, and drive AI-enabled capabilities across pharmacy, supply chain, and finance functions.

Qualifications
- 15+ years leading large-scale tech organizations across software engineering, enterprise platforms, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments, and business transformation.
- Experience with modern API-driven platforms and enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, digital marketing).
- Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and retain high-performing teams with strong change management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Technology operating model and align architecture with business objectives.
- Drive platform modernization, debt reduction, and responsible budget/risk management.
- Oversee engineering for proprietary fulfillment, pharmacy, and enterprise platforms; push AI-enabled solutions.
