Davies North America is seeking a strategic Vice President of Information Technology to lead and evolve our technology capabilities. This remote role requires coordinating with teams across the US and India to deliver a modern, scalable IT strategy and strong client relationships.

With 10+ years in IT leadership, you will drive platform modernization, regulatory compliance, and cyber risk management while guiding distributed delivery and enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Experience operating across distributed teams, including offshore delivery.
Strong knowledge of platform modernization and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technology strategy and roadmap for the insurance administration platform.
Oversee development using Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, and integrated third-party solutions.
Lead executive-level client engagements and governance meetings.
Ensure platform stability, regulatory compliance, and test practices for a multi-tenant platform.
Champion modernization initiatives across cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
