Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience across IT operations, systems leadership, and product/engineering delivery.
- Experience building tech strategy across internal infrastructure and externally facing products/platforms with AI exposure.
- Strong executive communication and ability to translate complex technical issues into decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own UpGlo’s technology strategy across staff infrastructure and jobseeker/partner-facing products.
- Build a multi-year technology roadmap with timelines, resources, and success measures.
- Partner with Product and Program leadership to deliver reliable, scalable technology foundations.
