Expion Health is building the future of pharmacy economics. The VP of Technology Operations will partner with the CIO/CTO to translate business priorities into scalable technology, data, and operational solutions.

This role owns a significant technology budget, leads a diverse team of employees and contractors, and collaborates with the Chief Transformation Officer. If you’ve built healthcare technology and want real ownership, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology and business architecture in the healthcare payer space.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience developing technology strategy for medical claims cost management solutions.
• Ability to scale technology operations and collaborate with business leaders to develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology leadership by shaping architecture, roadmaps, and product delivery alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure roadmap priorities are defined and delivery is on time.
• Manage budgeting and resource forecasting for successful executions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure strategies meet ongoing and future needs.
• Support executives and clients by translating complex data into actionable insights.
