Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Veterinary to own our largest multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic, multi-location veterinary accounts.

You will work with ownership and leverage inbound meetings; one win can cover many locations. The role has a $2M annual quota, with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into veterinary groups, or multi-location buyers for marketing/agency services.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a signed deal.
• Partner with strategists and leadership to craft compelling proposals for top deals.
