Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Controls Manager within the Healthcare Payments Product team to drive risk and controls across product disciplines, ensuring that new products and solutions follow firm standards before being brought to market and remain aligned with business and corporate policies.

The role coordinates with Product, Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Third Party Oversight, Business Development, Technology and Operations to communicate control standards, lead remediation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or risk/controls.
• Experience satisfying controls requirements for new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Issue Management related activities, such as drafting of issues, action plans, risk acceptance; oversee remediation of issues
• Actively identify and remediate control gaps; work with product managers in early identification and reporting of emerging control issues
• Monitor and assess the consistency of risk management practices across our Product offering
• Lead control related projects, including strategy creation, requirements oversight and implementation
• Manage and execute foundational controls as assigned
• Support Audit and CCOR readiness activities
