Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in financial services with controls, audit, QA, or operational risk management.
• Independent risk-based decision making and escalation procedures knowledge.
• Design and implement change management for complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk.
• Excellent written and oral communication for exec audiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Knowledge transfer and lessons learned practices.
• Analytical thinking to identify root causes and risk gaps.

Responsibilities
