Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Deep regulatory knowledge and ability to train others on risk practices.
• Ability to design and execute change management strategies for complex initiatives.
• Ability to persuade stakeholders with data-driven arguments and build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience guiding stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk.
