You will partner across control functions and business leaders to strengthen risk identification, remediation, and transparency. You will guide top-down risk analysis, escalation, and remediation plans while leveraging data analytics, automation, and governance to improve control effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or strengthening control frameworks and escalation processes.
• Proven ability to lead control issue management, including root cause analysis and remediation.
• Experience directing change management for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams across legal, compliance, audit, and risk.
• Proven track record producing executive-ready written materials and presenting to senior management.

• Lead the design and execution of control strategies that proactively identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks
• Build and enhance an integrated control framework that supports continuous risk assessment and monitoring
• Execute top-down risk analysis to identify emerging risks, trends, and control gaps
• Identify control issues in a timely manner and escalate concerns through governance channels
• Guide root cause analysis and remediation planning, including milestones, ownership, and closure validation
• Apply data analytics, automation, and technology to improve monitoring, reporting, and control effectiveness
• Lead anti-fraud and cybersecurity control initiatives to strengthen resilience to evolving threats
• Partner with stakeholders across legal, compliance, audit, risk, and business teams to align on priorities and outcomes
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready updates and materials for senior leadership
• Lead and develop team capability through coaching, inclusive collaboration, and continuous improvement practices
